Great, fast shipping. However the fact that there is no ‘repeat customer discount’ for the labels for Canadians is bush league. A whole new board is only $1 more??? I’ve probably been ordering from you guys coming on 10 years now.
Reply from Bruno: We thought we were doing you a solid by making the removable labels a Canada-Only item. The $3-$5 off for preferred pricing has always been for complete draft kits and not just labels. Sure you can get a draft board for $1 more, but it is not going to be the customized one you designed awhile bac, and it's going to be made of paper. $64 all-in is a pretty fantastic deal compared to getting everything shipped and taxed from the US.
All of the above aside though, we do understand that you feel slighted, and we apologize for that. We just cannot think of another way to do it. The removable labels are way more expensive to produce and are really in another category altogether for us. Hope you can appreciate that. Thanks for your loyalty over the past decade or so.
